Halloween

Lydia or Dinae?
So Lydia and I dressed up in the same costume for Halloween because we wanted to try the hairstyle.  But we couldn't help to think we look the same.  Adam was tripped out when Lydia came upstairs dressed up and said, "Look, it's my weefee!"(wife)

We didn't have a party this year because we were invited to 2.  It was nice not to host one and also nice to have a babysitter.  We won the costume party at the first party and Adam won the hoolahoop contest at the second.  It was a wonderful night out.

"Did you see thaht?"
I was invited to an 80's Zumba night by my visiting teachers.  So I whipped this fun outfit out.
She was a "pretty pink princess with sparkly hair."  And when anyone would ask her what she was she would say, "a pretty pink princess with sparkly hair."
I love Eliza in this.  Kaylee was Lemon from Strawberry Shortcake, bless her outfit.  Spencer wanted to be batman and Lanaya was a different pink princess.  Probably her third outfit of the day.
The kids were most excited to hand out candy to the trick-or-treaters.  Too bad we didn't get very many once we got home. Now I'm stuck with 3 large bags.  What was I thinking?

Warning! Picture Overload

We love this picture.  Just imagine her blowing hard out of her nose with this face.  It is so cute.
This is a stud picture of Spencer.  He loved playing games with other boys at the cabin.
We went to beautiful Bear Lake for Labor Day.  We spend time with Adam's family and went to the beach.

Of course this is a close to a bikini that I'll ever get.
Eliza was so content to play in the sand the whole time.

I took the kids out on the jet ski.  I think they have a love hate relationship with it.  They are so excited to go on it and talk about it all the time but as soon as we are out there they get super nervous.
I think this picture of Eliza is amazing because she didn't sleep much on this trip.  But we managed to get a sleeping picture of her while at the beach.
When I took Spencer on the Wave Runner his hat flew off and we had to go track it down.  He was so...SO sad.  I almost couldn't reach it and would have dove in for it because he was so distraut about losing it.
A huge wind storm snuck up on us and so we left the beach early.  It was really crazy and Eliza had some crazy hair along with it.
Grandpa took everyone to the Go-Karts.  I took Kaylee and Dad took Lanaya.  Uncle Jesse took Spencer and they all loved it.  Lanaya is still saying how bumpy it was.

We went to town and had famouse RASPBERRY shakes.  They kids loved their cones but most of all Eliza loved the sugar.
We stayed at the cabin on Sunday and played many games.  Adam and I had a wonder winning steak going.  First horseshoes, then Ladderball, and Ping Pong.

Grandma Pitcher did a wonderful job keeping the kids entertained.  She planned a bug hunt which Spencer just loved, Bingo, M&M Don't eat Pete, and Painting bird houses.
This is a grandkid picture.  They have 11 all together right now.

The kids and I woke up early to get in the hot tub before we left.  We watched the sun rise and enjoyed the deer and birds that were out.  It was nice.
Our second day on the beach we found this amazing creature.  We all thought it was pretty awesome.
Look at that form.  Haha!

July

The kids earned a trip to the Helper Pool and loved it.

International Day Parade.  Isn't this so cute?
Hurray! I completed all of my running goals this summer.  I ran a 10k in 48.34 and last week I ran a mile in 6.51 (and about died).
We took this picture to remember
Brock and Katy.  They just moved away and we will miss them.
An Anniversary Cake I did last weekend.
We went to the food truck round-up in Orem.  The kids got an amazing corndog and we tried a Korean Bowl.  Fun memories.

June and July

 This picture captures Lanaya's silliness.
This one just makes us laugh.
This summer I have taken some swim lessons with a wonderful man in our ward.  Then he taught me how to teach the children.  They are doing to well and Kaylee is really enjoying it.  Spencer only does what he needs to in order to get the reward.  I want so badly for them to know how to swim.
 This is my favorite picture.
The kids have been earning money this summer.  When we went to grandpa Pitchers they helped move some fire wood.
This is Father and Sons.  He has been looking forward to this all year and remembers passionately everything about it last year.
This was my first color run.  Wahoo!  I've almost reached my goals.
Run a 7 minute mile.
Run a 5k under 25 minutes
Run a 10k under 50 minutes
Do 10 boy push-ups.
 Kite flying.
Spencer saved his money to buy fireworks.  His favorite was the poopy pouch.
 Family reunion pictures in Blanding.
 Bubble gum blowing contest.

Grandma entertained us with some jokes.
 Cute toothless cousins.

On our way home we stopped at Arches.  We woke up super early to beat the heat.  They ran up to the first arch and waited for us in the pose below.  The kids loved climbing but as soon as the sun came out they were ornery.  Spencer even cried because he was so hot.  Eliza suprising didn't make a peep and just enjoyed the piggy back ride.
