Halloween House

This is the Halloween house that Grandma Pitcher sent Kaylee. As you can tell she loved to eat it. So far she only recognizes Halloween by that house.

This will be Kaylee's first real chance she has had to play in the autumn leaves. It is fun that she has kids to build forts with her. But, it is no fun when they make her be careful to not destroy the masterpeice.

I thought this was very creative and funny. Hey there Delilah, what’s it like at BYU? I’m just a quarter mile away, but feel so far away from you, But that will do, Cuz two years from now I’ll be with you, I know that’s true. Hey there Delilah, don’t you worry about the distance, Few more months and I can call you both on Mother’s D ay and Christmas. Close your eyes, Then just think of suits and ties, But not other guys. Now have some patience and don’t think of dating Conner, Cuz two more years you may be done with school, But I’ll return with honor. Uncle Brock loves to take Spencer anytime he is happy. He'll usually make him do strange things or put him in weird positions to get a laugh. I love to see my brothers interact with Kaylee and Spencer.

We have a ritual everytime we go to Grandma and Grandpa's house. First we read about 3 books, then Kaylee pulls someones finger to get them in the kitchen where she convinces us to give her food. Then we play with toys until Grandpa gets home and she runs to the door to greet him so they can go get pretzels which are her favorite. Kaylee is able to communicate so well and says the funnest things sometime. Her new word is "Woopdeedoo!" She'll usually say this as she skips around or just when she is happy.

I absolutely love this picture of Grandma because it portrays her attitude so well. Grandma is so good with children and is very animated when reading books to Kaylee. That's probably why she has Grandma read most of the books.
