July

The kids earned a trip to the Helper Pool and loved it.

International Day Parade.  Isn't this so cute?
Hurray! I completed all of my running goals this summer.  I ran a 10k in 48.34 and last week I ran a mile in 6.51 (and about died).
We took this picture to remember
Brock and Katy.  They just moved away and we will miss them.
An Anniversary Cake I did last weekend.
We went to the food truck round-up in Orem.  The kids got an amazing corndog and we tried a Korean Bowl.  Fun memories.

June and July

 This picture captures Lanaya's silliness.
This one just makes us laugh.
This summer I have taken some swim lessons with a wonderful man in our ward.  Then he taught me how to teach the children.  They are doing to well and Kaylee is really enjoying it.  Spencer only does what he needs to in order to get the reward.  I want so badly for them to know how to swim.
 This is my favorite picture.
The kids have been earning money this summer.  When we went to grandpa Pitchers they helped move some fire wood.
This is Father and Sons.  He has been looking forward to this all year and remembers passionately everything about it last year.
This was my first color run.  Wahoo!  I've almost reached my goals.
Run a 7 minute mile.
Run a 5k under 25 minutes
Run a 10k under 50 minutes
Do 10 boy push-ups.
 Kite flying.
Spencer saved his money to buy fireworks.  His favorite was the poopy pouch.
 Family reunion pictures in Blanding.
 Bubble gum blowing contest.

Grandma entertained us with some jokes.
 Cute toothless cousins.

On our way home we stopped at Arches.  We woke up super early to beat the heat.  They ran up to the first arch and waited for us in the pose below.  The kids loved climbing but as soon as the sun came out they were ornery.  Spencer even cried because he was so hot.  Eliza suprising didn't make a peep and just enjoyed the piggy back ride.

Summer Fun

These were all pictures from the aquarium.  We planned to go for Lanaya's birthday and luckily Grandma and Grandpa Pitcher and the Pitcher cousins could join us.  Spencer's favorite part was touching the stingrays and Lanaya's favorite was the penguins.  The silly glasses were for the 4D movie was went to watch.  It was pretty cool until the end where water sprayed at us and Adam was holding the baby right in his line of fire.  Then she cried as we laughed.  We also realized that Adam can't see 3D objects.  We have suspected it and even asked our opthomologist about it.  We don't know if Kaylee can or not yet.  Kinda interesting to think about.

Eliza started baby food and her favorite is definitely pineapple.  She screams when we take it away.

Spencer graduated preschool with the personality award of Most Even Tempered.  He also received the highest for file folder games (which he was trying to win the whole year) and the Best Overall Student Award.  It was cute because when we left he said that He was the best because he had to go up on stage the most times.  He is definitley a pleaser.
Kaylee graduated Kindergarten and just loved her teacher and school in general.
This is a precious picture.
We had the Garvin cousins stay with us and this time without stitches.  Haha!  They are sweet boys we loved playing with them.

We took the kids to play frisbee at the college and they loved it.  They went through the course so fast and wanted to do it again.  They were surprisingly really good.

Some family pictures we took spur of the moment because it can be so stressful.
Both Kaylee and Spencer learned to ride a two wheel bike all by themselves.  Daddy said if they learned how thenb he would buy them all new bikes.  Or a new tire in Kaylee's case.
I'm putting this picture on the web to get back at our neighbors for moving on us.  We love guys and will miss seeing you everyday.
They had a graduation party for their son and we all got mustaches.  Doesn't Eliza look concerned?

Some new news for me.  I am taking swim lessons.  Yes you read that right.  I never learned to swim or go under the water without plugging my nose. I told Adam that my goal this year was to learn to swim.  So what does he do?  The next Sunday he asks a swim coach in the ward if he would teach me.  This sweet man has given me 4 lessons and is now teaching me to help the kids learn.  He is amazing.  The first lesson they all tried to put their nose in the water.  That is HUGE!
Yesterday we spent some family time outdoors.  We went fishing for free fish day at the Carbon Rec Pond.  Then we attended a Rock Show at the Fairgrounds.  Later we hiked wood hill and watched the sun set.

Lanaya finally turned 3.  She has been patiently waiting forever.  We celebrated with birthday pancakes. Then we went swimming at Nana's and had these cute cupcakes.  She is such a fireball and has the most harty laugh that makes everyone laugh.  We love having her around because she makes us enjoy life and brings silly moments everyday.
