Uncle Brock loves to take Spencer anytime he is happy. He'll usually make him do strange things or put him in weird positions to get a laugh. I love to see my brothers interact with Kaylee and Spencer.

We have a ritual everytime we go to Grandma and Grandpa's house. First we read about 3 books, then Kaylee pulls someones finger to get them in the kitchen where she convinces us to give her food. Then we play with toys until Grandpa gets home and she runs to the door to greet him so they can go get pretzels which are her favorite. Kaylee is able to communicate so well and says the funnest things sometime. Her new word is "Woopdeedoo!" She'll usually say this as she skips around or just when she is happy.

I absolutely love this picture of Grandma because it portrays her attitude so well. Grandma is so good with children and is very animated when reading books to Kaylee. That's probably why she has Grandma read most of the books.

Labor Day

Kaylee loved riding and driving the gator. She didnt have the concept of holding down the gas pedal.

Plane ride

This was where we were last week during the Utes game against the Aggies. Sweet huh!

This is the plane- a Cessna T210. Chris B. from our ward invited us to go with him on a trip to SLC. We were very excited to go on our first ride in a small airplane BUT we were also hesitant realizing that we are parents of two small children and who knows what could happen. As you could tell, after praying, we went anyway and enjoyed the time away from the kids.

A trustworthy well used machine. The trip took 45 min. Things are so interesting to see from the air, and especially around Sundance.

Spencer is turning into a little stud and getting some fun personality. I love this stage. TaDa! I finally did it. I've been wanting to chop my hair forever but have been too chicken. But I really love it. Thanks Cass!

Boating

We love this picture! It is cute and hilarious! Look at Kaylee's face and her hair! It was diffficult for her to keep her eyes open in the wind. :) We had an opportunity to go boating with some family. We took a chance bringing the kids along during their naps they they did very well. It was a lot of fun. Thank you Potter family.

Future Home?

We have had our eye on the house for a few weeks and our offer was accepted yesterday. Happy Anniversary to us!

Trousseau Tea Cake

This was a really fun cake to make and it was almost perfect. And yes it is suppose to be tilted. It is completely edible except for the teapot on top. My cousin Brie picked this type of cake to match the theme of her Bridal Shower/Tea Party. Much to our surprise this has been our favorite cake so far.

These are a little out of order as Adam usually puts the pictures on instead of me. But this is us at the parade. Isn't Lydia so cute?

Not the greatest of all pictures but it is the only one we have. My race went well and I've greatly improved my times every race. Hurray for improvement.
